Who sells Qesture

Qeepl, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the USA, makes and licenses Qesture. The purchase itself is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which is the merchant of record for the order: it takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles sales tax or VAT. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name. The license is between you and Qeepl, Inc.

What you get

You buy a license to use Qesture on the number of Macs you choose: 1, 2 or 3. The license has no time limit. You get every 1.x update for free. Moving to more Macs costs the difference in price; write to contact@qeepl.com.

Each license key is for your own use. Keep it private.

Free trial

The trial lasts 14 calendar days from the first launch. It includes every feature and doesn't need a card. When it ends, the features pause until you activate a key. Your settings are kept.

Refunds

For a refund, write to contact@qeepl.com, or ask Link support. Stripe can also refund a purchase within 60 days of the order. A refund includes any tax you paid. When a purchase is fully refunded, its license key stops working.

Questions about a charge, a receipt or a payment method go to Link support; you can see your orders at app.link.com. Questions about the app or the license go to contact@qeepl.com.

No warranty

Qesture is provided as it is, without a warranty of any kind. We don't promise that it works on every Mac or with every app, or that it works without interruption.

macOS changes

Qesture uses macOS features that Apple can change. A future macOS update may break part of Qesture. We'll try to fix that, but we can't guarantee that every feature will keep working.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Qeepl, Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
